I had a booking done for a home stay in coorg. Hotel : Yedamakky Cottage, Coorg bookingID.TGU[protected].on 28th march 2015 for which i paid the amount in full. On the day of my trip i get a call from Travel guru saying that the place i booked is full and they are giving me an alternate place. I had to agree because i did not have a choice. I reached the new hotel they provided me for to stay and found out that this place is not in coorg. Alternate hotel which they provided me was 65km from coorg. And the hotel was like a booth bungalow, with a lady with me i found it very unsafe to stay so i called the customer care of travel guru, I had to wait 20 minutes before i could speak to someone. There was not use talking to that person as she did not do anything for the mistake that had happen and was least concern about the safety. I Lost precious weekend, there was waste of my time energy and money. I want full refund of my money for booking and also compensation for my time and money wasted.
