Travel Guru — Hotel booking refund

Hi,

i booked by website 3 nights for waynard hotel from 14 april2022 to 17 apr 2022, travel guru send me confirmation mail and when I reached hotel they said that they have informed travel guru that their rooms full, but travel guru not given me any intimation. they deducted full amount of 14, 074 and now none of their numbers are working, nor they are responding on emails. auto response comes.

this seems online fraud from the company so please advice legal help to get my refund on same

I had a similar situation for the dates 15th April to 18th April.
This was the exact situation for us and for our shock when we reached the resort there was no information to them. We had to struggle with out network in that place.
Please let me know about the status of refund too.
