I have booked 2 roundtrip indigo flight ticket in the 25th feb-17 (CCU-DIB on 06th Mar'17) through the website traveleasy.com. After payment deducted they said YOUR TICKET IS NOT GERNERATED OF THIS REF NO TE542AFECD DUE TO FARE INCRESED IF YOU PAY INCREASED AMOUNT 1346/-WE WILL CONFIRM UR TICKET TICKET .PAYMENT LINK IS MENTION BELOW PLEASE CHECK.I told Let it be remain unbooked. I am getting better option on other sites and instant booking details too. Kindly refund my money to the original payment method.Then they said
DEAR SIR
we provided the full refund so pls wait 2 to 3 working days ..
Now 18days were gone bt still now I didn't get my Money.
However, the travel portal is not refunding me the amount even after continuous follow-up over mails and calls.
