I have been issued 6 vouchers(ie 12 movie tickets ) by The Mobil Store on purchase of a Samsung Grand . But had really worst experience when it comes to get redeemed those vouchers.earlier also my few vouchers/tickets has been wasted due to expiry/validity(because after giving booking requests 3-4 times also, they keep rejecting your booking saying "booking rejected due to technical error.
i am jostling hard to get my voucher redeemed/get movie tickets from last one month(ie from 10 nov to 10 dec, 13), after giving fresh bookings for more than 4-5 times(ie atleast 10 alternatives of theaters & timings) i am not able to get two tickets.I have been requested on 18th Nov to give fresh booking for the last time ie 4th time(refer trailed mail) but then again &after that also my bookings has been cancelled repeatedly. I have been called by Ms Tanvi several times & promised that within 3-4 days/or by next week/or by monday, executive will call me & issue the tickets but only false promises only. ealier also i have suffered the same panic in order to get my vouchers redeemed.
I am being forced to beg for the vouchers which i have been issued against a purchase from TMS (The Mobile Store).Will request TMS to not to issue such vouchers.
