Trendize — Refund of amount paid for buying Sofa Cover

I placed an order of Sofa cover on 31st August and the same got delivered. However, since this could not fit my sofa, I raised a request on 6th September to exchange the same with the other items (2 bedsheets) I selected. However, despite being my continues follow-u, the product was not picked up, rather I was advised to ship the item at my own cost. Somehow, it was picked on 10th September and since the I have been following up with the company representatives to refund my money, but there has not been any response.

If you call at the customer desk and ask them to connect with the senior person, they will ask to drop a mail at their customer id, but on that email id no one even bother to respond. There is no proper mechanism to escalate or speak to the senior management, who can act fast and not harass their customer.

I has been my worst experience to buy a product from this company. You pay the money and then fight for your own money to get refunded. Everyday I have to chase them for the same. I only know what a torture I am going through.

This company should be shameful for how they harass their customer and eat up their hard earn money.

I want my money to be refunded ASAP.
