Sir my tribit xfree go headphone is malfunctioning.I bought it on "amazon.in" website.My head is malfunctioning for past 2weeks.all the 3 buttons are malfunctioning.power button is totally not working properly.when reached customer support via "tribit.com " website .the customer support is worst.that chat box opening automatically in tribit website and not closing.no body contacting me or reply on that complaint.please help me to resolve the issue.

They contacted me when I sent complaint mail on their customer support website within 24 hrs they replied and sent full refund
