Hello Tribit Support,

I have purchased Tribit X Sound Go speaker from Amazon India on 03rd October 2021 via order Number:[protected], today which is 29th August 2022 when I play any song or video it plays for 4-5 seconds and automatically mutes, it behaves the same on other phones or laptop. I have tried everything possible to make it work but it does not. I am sure that it is the speaker's fault. I kindly need to claim my warranty or need full refund the same.

I am attaching my invoice for your reference. Kindly let me know on how to proceed with this warranty claim.
