I was overcharged for my trip to london in june. They promised me a refund in june itself. After a number of follows in end august they came back saying that they can not refund the money but will give me voucher that i can use in my next booking. I will never ever use their services.
I have whatsapp messages where in they had confirmed giving me the refund. Was this information helpful? |
