Trip Factory — not giving any refund

I have booked a tour from the trip factory on 18 th oct 2018 for the departure date 11nov 2018. And make a full payment on 28th oct 2018. But after 5 days on 2nd nov due to poor medical condition i request them to cancel the tour. But from that day they are not giving back me aby amount i also request them to deduct some charges and make the rest payment but they are charging 100 percent cancation charges how it is possible i also tell them if they need any doctor report i am also mail it to u.
