Trip2Gateway — Reporting of a fraud case of online payment made but product not delivered.

On 18/06/2016 I received a call on my mobile no.from a phone no.[protected] at 0522 pm. This call lasted for around 54 min and 3 seconds.
During the conversation I was asked to make a payment of Rs. 11, 999/- On a payment gateway of Techprocess (Paynimo service) which I made through a credit card (Transaction ID[protected]. I was promised that I will be delivered a parcel from Trip2 Gateway containing a Samsung mobile and some coupons for hotel bookings.
I have confirmed that the said payment is received by the vendor (refer the enclosure) as replied by the gateway via a mail reply.
With persistent follow up on 21/06/2016 at 0117 pm (which lasted for 4 min and 22 sec) I was informed over the same phone no.[protected] that the parcel is delivered and dispatch details will be sent via mail. But the said mail has not received and also the call center numbers of Trip2 Gateway[protected] and[protected] are unavailable.
This is definitely a fraud case since a payment is received by the vendor but no product/service is delivered. I request you to kindly initiate necessary steps to investigate this to book the guilty so as to avoid them repeating the fraud and also to give me a justice.
