We have booked the package for singapore and bali and we are supposed to go in the month of october 2019. Before booking they call us so many times to ensure that we get the best package and once booking is done they are not bothered to connect. Its second week of september still our documents and there formalities are not done. Our travel agent lohit has disappeared and not receiving calls or replying to our msgs! We are worried are they fake and ran away with our money. We also called to the cc for our issue they said lohit is on medical leave and you will get a call from other agent, but we haven't received any call from anyone. This is pathetic i would suggest not to go with this agency. After going to all other reviews, i am so worried about our trip don't know what to do. Was this information helpful? |
