We would like to inform you that refund is not matter because we have already send the request to our accounts department regarding of your refund but the matter is that you need to remove all the complaint which you mark against Tripgatweway. Then only you will be get the refund because once the amount will credited we can't follow for the removing the online complaints.

that's why we suggested to you kindly remove all the complaints and we are ready to refund your amount as mention on previous mail.

Dear Mr Rizwan, We assure you that once the complain will remove from all the sites we will share you the refund snap shot and as per information given by us, you will get the 8100/- Rs. refund amount and the amount will be credited in your account in next 3-7 working days along with proof we will share you the confirmation mail. And company will never fail to our commitment because we want trust we don't want the money. We would like to inform you that there is an option for resolving the complaints and until and unless you don't mark the complaint as resolved, it will not be removed automatically and will reflect to everyone. You need to click on resolved complaint option mentioned there so that we can process your refund. The above mail was revived from trip gateway team, I will wait for 7 days if there is no action on the said commitment, I will again raise the complements. consider that this is the last change for them... This is for your information regarding the first complaint, Your representative committed the same (on telephonic conversation) for resolving the issue (first time), after I marked “Resolved the complaint” which I raised, I am follow up to you from last ONE MONTH for refunding / assured gift (which is false commitment from your team), but result is on your front.
Please give the confirmation / proof of refunded amount which is in transit I can sure mark resolved on all the complements wherever I raised.

Basically After a long discussion with your team, I lost the trust on tripgateway,

Because, After a huge telephonic conversation with Mr. Gaurav, I ask to them to write the specifically / detailed whichever you commit (branded watch etc.) me on phone they were not ready to same.

Then finally they are ready to refund.
You the history
Then on which basis should I trust on your team / representatives.

I am in trouble after dealing with you, hence facing a lot of financial pressure from family.

Please you send me the confirmation/proof of refunded amount which is in transit I can sure mark resolved on all the complements wherever I raised.
