[Resolved]  Tripgateway.in — False promises of gift as mobile and no gift received from 3 months

Raj Saxena/Ashok Sinha, gaurav all are fraud peoples. The company is fraud even all sales girls speak lie. Whener you will call they say next monday or by friday you will receive the gift.
Even they say details are there..this is ref number. Its dispatxhed dispaching soon..
My ear has been punished in holi..lazy delivery boy, lots of burdens lots of delivery..
i always here the noise of people shouting on them. They are shameless..made peoples fool and still making them moe fools.
This company should be closed.
I am lodging an FIR in Delhi and i have all recordings. So i will go into their office with police and beat them like anything.
Akash sinha and Raj saxena will be punished.

My user id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have booked in happy hours and gift is not received till now. The raj saxena and akash sinha gaurav all rae giving 20 different types of excuses each time. Shameless peoples still saying that you will get the gift. Sometimes saying dipatched sometimes saying its lost each time fraud comiitmentes.
[protected] is my number. Before buying anything call me and get the feesdback for tripgateway.In.
It should be black listed tripgateway. In is bad company for its services. I have all the recordings and i am following from last two months. Each time raise compalint they say we will do it. I will lodge compalint in delhi police an fir and also will go to consumer courts for harrassment and fraud.
I will not leave them.

I want my money back and stop making false promise assumptions. From last 2 months i have made 50 calls and suffered from them.

I will be helping others from getting trapped and being harassed. we need to unite and take strict action against the company to get our money refunded with interest from them. Also they should not make fool to others like us. we need to stamp them as fraud worldwide on every social newtork and sites. please ping me and lets go together.

Today I received the call from Them, Saying that the gifts will not be provided untill the 12 references are given. They said their employees are fraud making fool to peoples. They said we fired Raj Saxena and Akash Sinha who told me in Happy hours you will get the gift from company.
Even one [protected] guy from bangalore says that working in tripgateway and is saying i want to refund your money from tripgateway. Please provide me your debit card and CVV number with OTP. They are just bloody scraundels thug and fraud, cheaters.
Now company is denying to refund the money and saying you need to go on Trips. also we will not give you any gifts.
Clearly they are hiding their employees and making fool to peoples. This company should be closed.
They are too bad and harrased me for 3 months. i want to raise an FIR and get this people charged for the same in delhi.

I have asked them for refund with interest otherwise i will publish on all social sites to ban their company. Based on the recordings, i will drag them to consumer court in Mumbai and make sure companty will be closed and charged for harassment.
raj saxena and Aksh Sinha will goto Jail for this.

i got a call from Legal department from [protected] and [protected]. i am recording their calls for each step.
saying that their original numbers are two only.[protected] and [protected]. Still they are calling from other numbers as mentioned above. Few more numbers are there [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. these all are numbers used to make us fool.

As per legal department, No gift without reference numbers and no refund is possible. So be aware from the fraud of gifts and book only if you like as per the package of trip. Rest alll are not good they might be fooling you on the name of tripgateway.

Agreed, but the payment was done by the website, how can they deny that?
