[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Not received gift HTC mobile as promised | |||||
Received call from trip gateway in regard to package costing 8999/-. With a gift of HTC mobile . It was suppose to be received in 01 week but still not received. The caller Raj Saxena is not even attending calls. [Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Regarding travel voucher and gift voucher My email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com I have paid them 8999 rupees on They told in 3 days travel voucher will be received. I am following from 6 days at least for docket no that they have shipped the mobile But they are saying it is in progress. I have no trust if they are doing so late to send the mobile Also I am worried about its services for hotels and commitments made by them. It is seriously seeems fake because they have only 3-4 numbers and they are sometimes available only.They also not allowed to speak their seniors for escalation. Apr 12, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Have received a call from Satyam . Currently be had promised that till 30th Apr he will confirm the hotel stay and referral. Will wait till that date and if not fullfiled we relauch a complaint TripGateWay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
