Tripgateway they only told me that they send gift Parcel but no any parcel send by them

I am not revived my gift Parcel form Tripgateway they had told me your Parcel send by Agarwal packing & moving but I cell to Agarwal packing customer number but they told me no any Parcel in my end with re fence number RFE[protected]
