Hi Friends Are you buying/bought any flat with TRR Promoters, Ram Nagar- Madipakkam? Well, you have to think twice before you proceeding further. They will ask Or urge you for payment till you settle the entire amount. But they will not finish their work and never handover the flat to the customer even after possession. Keep on saying something like “Yes I’ll do” and never the work will be completed. Checked their construction quality and Flat Handover formalities? Actually it is not compromising (Don’t decide it based on the outlook of the construction, go and look at all the workmanship, you may laugh). In their past and only one construction at the same street, there exists some pending work even after 1 year. Till now the parking is not allotted and also they didn’t handover the Parent Documents, Common EB and Possession letter so and so. Even the First time Property tax also not paid by the Builder (TRR Promoters)! In their first construction, they constructed an unauthorized flat at ground floor on each block, which is belongs to the common area of the other Flat owners. It is constructed after selling all the Flats at 1st and 2nd floor with the thought of no one can ask them. So think and decide before you deal with them and never ever settle the amount until completing all the work at your Flat. A frustrated buyer .
