Hi,
TRR Promoters have built an ground floor apartment in plot no. 3035, 7th main Road, Ramnagar South, Madipakkam with out an approval from CMDA. Builder has failed to provide proper car parking to the residents. There are many works pending for past 8 months ie., even after the residents have moved in all the common works are still in pending. We have already raised a compliant to CMDA regarding this regulation violation but there is been no action taken yet.

Builder has come to an conclusion by giving compensation to all the flat owners and we are here by closing our compliant.

Hi Dears,
After a long discussion with TRR Promoter, we had a mutual understanding and builder is given the compensation for the Ground floor flat occupied area. Now I declare that the problem is resolved.
