Dear sir,
I have been cheated even after doing the payment to the true holiday on dated 12nd may 2017.
As per the communication with true travel executive mr. Ashutosh and after ensured by him about my holiday date i. E 18th to 22 may 2017 at goa, i had paid the entire amount as per their package of amount rs.10099/-.
From very next day to 22nd of may 2017 i have been calling, mailed them but despite my all pleading they failed to make my goa journey.
Me and my family have got very upset for not happening our holiday at goa which was committed by true holiday and also we have had to spend lot of money to alternate arrangement.
In my all mails from day one to till date i have been written clearly travel date and destination but true holiday failed to do so.
After so many mails, calls have been exchange them but every time they gave excuse every time and not replying mail, none of them are ready to give proper services.
I need my money with interest and damages happened during the 18th to 22nd may 2017. Also requested you to keep restrict on true holiday web portal so that nobody been cheated further.
We can’t trust such a fraud people.
