I received business promotional call on 25.05.2017 from True holiday company offering holiday package. After thorough discussion with True Holiday representative Mr. Ajit Sharma on phone, I paid Rs 17500/- on the payment link shared by him on the same day for booking of Hotel Times square- The landmark hotel, Opp. Clock tower, Secunderabad for period from 26.05.2017 to 29.05.2017. On 1 st of may. Transfered 11666 ras to true holiday company for travel package bt after one month suit a complain against company for returning my amt. Because it's fraud call n finally tha whole company contact number is not in service n website is also not found now. N those number which is on they can't take the calls. It's totally fraud call. Pay u money ensure that we will safety urr transactions so where is the security. So plz solve...

State: uttar pradesh). 4 months before i have made payment of 22000 to true holidays but i could not get any services from them so i requested to them to refund my money and they said that after 45 days they will refund my money but its 4 months gone and they are not responding me properly.

I have booked a tour package with true holiday on june 3rd, 2017. I have selected my tour location as agra. Informed the dates of accommodation 2 months in advance. The company now says on the selected dates the accommodation is not available. While booking they promised on 15 days prior intimation only needed. The company seems to be fraud. Many times they dont pick up phone. The promised gift is also a fraud promise.

As per telephonic conversation with vidhya chouhan on dt 13.07.2017. I have not received any gift i. E vivo v5 mobile to till date. But they have given assurance of free gift at the time of booking. So give me refund of all amount which is paid by me. When i called to their customer care no. It is attended by miss vidya chouhan n she told me that all the amount paid by me will be refunded to me within 2 days. But still i haven't got any refund....

I have been cheated even after doing the payment to the true holiday on dated 12nd may 2017.

As per the communication with true travel executive mr. Ashutosh and after ensured by him about my holiday date i. E 18th to 22 may 2017 at goa, i had paid the entire amount as per their package of amount rs.10099/-.

From very next day to 22nd of may 2017 i have been calling, mailed them but...

I got a promotional call from ms pooja of trueholiday.in for a package of 8 nights at any hotel in india at rs11, 666/- along with it they for a limited time offer there was a gift of a phone or a tablet both with market price of around rs 15, 000/-.

After purchasing mr raghuram contacts you saying he will give a 40in tv or a laptop (30, 000) as a bonus gift if we purchase another package of 11k.

True value offer a deal of the day to me in 11666 rs n also give free mobile phone with the holiday package bt now i m nt interested because review of the customer s are so bad n customer tells that its a fraud website. N they were forcing me to get another deal n call me again n again for get the deal. I think it is totally fake website n in the review of all the customer is bad

I received a call from true Holiday call centre men Mr. Varun Patel regarding taking 5 nights and 6 days tour package anywhere in India for 2 adults and 2 kids for only just Rs. 10, 399/-.
