True Holiday — True holiday co takes online money but not providing tour packages

I received a call from true Holiday call centre men Mr. Varun Patel regarding taking 5 nights and 6 days tour package anywhere in India for 2 adults and 2 kids for only just Rs. 10, 399/-. And this tour package also includes free breakfast and dinner and free pick up and drop facility. And they also offer me free assured gift a laptop of Lenovo company.
Firstly I do not believe but they convince me by giving reference. As such by coming into their web I made the payment of Rs.10, 399/- online on pay u money link as provided by true Holiday company on my email I'd. And received the payment confirmation mail on my email I'd.
Soon After Payment, No response has been received till date from true Holiday company and I had tried many times to contact them but each & every time different person with different fake name talks to me and no confirm reply has been received till date. When I told them to give call to Varun Patel the told that he left the job.
I give many mails on their registered mail I'd but received no reply till date.

As such I want to file a case against true Holiday, a fake company, and want my money back. I had complete record of all correspondence mail.
So Please help me.
