The employees engage in falsehood to get customers, tell lies and trade in the account. When I complained they did nothing and said we sent you the CONTRACT NOTES. I said my complaint is not about CONTRACT NOTES.
When I complained to SEBI, they were reprimanded as their fraudulent activities were caught.
I asked them the following questions they have no answer:-
1. Was your branch at KOTLA MUBARAKPUR (http://swaann.com/Delhi/Address-of-Trustline-Securities-Pvt-Ltd-near-Kotla-Muba...⇄ an authorized branch? 2. Why was your employee trying to get the Holding statements signed by me if all what he was doing was as per SEBI guidelines? 3. Why were you not moving the scripts to DEMAT Account. When I asked you in mail you kept quiet? As per guidelines its a T+2 cycle? 4.Why have you been hiding the Relation ship Manager ever since April 2012? 4.How did you transact in my account and transfer funds when I did not give you instructions to do so ? 5. Where are the voice recordings of the order placement which you claim I did? After all as per SEBI all telephonic recordings have to be done by you before placing the order? 6.Where is the evidence that you gave me the Account opening Copy at the time of Account Opening? 6. Why have you been blocking me/deleting my comments if you are right? 7. You said you would take LEGAL ACTION against me and that too at my COST, why have you not taken them after all I told you to move ahead? 8.Why have you been refraining from activating my credentials? 9. You also know what you have done and what BSE India, NSE India has done ! I am sure if a proper investigation is done on your activities a Pandora box would open up.

Where ever you complain they come out with clean chit even if in one to one discussion they are caught committing FRAUD, just like the way most of the work goes on in India, they come out clean. They clearly break SEBI rules and regulations without fear, since they know how to come out clean no matter what they do. They were threatening me with taking LEGAL Action, I knew I was right I told them to move on they did nothing. They were doing unauthorized trading in my account, the BSE India Arbitator asked them for evidence of Placement of records, they could not as they had none...they got a good scolding, when BSE India released their award they pronounced TRUSTLINE India Clean. And the document did not mention anything of the crime they were committing. How did all this happen?... because they know what to do to come out clean. Was this information helpful? |
