Tsl Spring City — Violation of contract and fraud with the customers

I have booked a 3BHK flat in this project which is managed by Satyabrata Dhir. He has failed to deliver the flat as per the agreed date in the contract. And his company has sighted many reasons for the delay and have postponed the possession of flats on many occassions. Till now they haven't handed over any flats. They are very conveniently denying to take any responsibility for their wrong doings and misusing the hard earned money of their customers who have trusted them and held their end of the bargain by paying the money on time. I am one of them.

I am aware that Bhubaneswar police have taken action on Mr Dhir and put him in jail on charges of cheating a large number of customers. His brother Debabrata Dhir is also an accused who is on the run after complaints registered against him at Nayapalli police station. But this is not enough. All customers should get their rightful homes as soon as possible.
