[Resolved]  Tsr Darashaw Limited — Non-receipt of (1). tata steel limited-right issue equity and preferential CCPS/Share

During 2008, under signed has applied for 50 equity and 200 CCPS for TSL right issue folio no. S1A0067193 name of deceased holder Ms. Anita Saxena(need Kashyap)who was offered TSL Right 46 equity and 184 CCPS on duplicate cap no. 709206 and paid Rs.35, 000 on behalf of deceased in whose name right issue was offered. Till date i have neither received equity nor shares/preferential shares despite of repeated requests to TSR Darshaw and M/s In Time Spectrum Registry Ltd, Mumbai, registrar of the issue. However, during telephonic enquiries M/s TSR Darshaw informed that Tata Steel has issued 46 equity shares and 200 preferential shares in the name of Late Anita Saxena and balance amount of Rs.1200 has ben also refunded in her name, the same also never reached. You are requested to kindly direct the company to forward the share of deceased to her legal heir namely Dr V K Kashyap(husband) and Ms. Lavni Kashyap(daughter).
