My redemption case with them started 3 years ago and it is still going on. I had to get the stamp paper and then get it notarized but still there was always something that they would point out was lacking and resend me the entire bundle of documents I had submitted. Through this whole ordeal my dividends have completely stopped and I am told another agency will get ownership until the paperwork is in place.
My issue started when I had to update my status from a resident Indian to a NRI. Now it has taken me 3 yrs and a lot of money sending them the documents. I will never ever have to deal with them once this is over but I doubt this would be over soon. So if anybody has some suggestions I would be really really grateful to you.
