TSRTC — Conductor misbehaved and used bad words

I Sunitha was traveling in 18N Nin colony to sec bad bus, I have 2000 rupess worth ac pass, my wish I can get down in any stop, previously I get down at uppal ring road so conductor thought I would be getting down at the same stop so he was shouting at me to get down, he was using bad words people don't have work and they simply travel. I pay every month on bus pass I don't know why the conductors misbehave like this. I can take this higher levels also. Please take necessary action .
