Hi,
I have booked ticket for my brother from chennai to hyderabad on Garuda Sevice 1327. Bus started from CMBT at 9:00 PM and after 11 hours bus didn't even covered a distance of 200 Kms. We were very worried. After 24 hours we went to Central Bus Stand in Hyderabad to enquiry about bus status since my brother mobile was turned off. Being a Headquarters for Telangana State Transport we expected proper response from them such as where the bus is, expected time of arrival. But to our surprise STATION MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT A BUS 13 HOURS LATE. When we asked him about bus he straight away answered without even thinking "I DON'T KNOW'. When we argued him about his recklessness behavior, he gets register and gives us driver mobile number and told us to call as if he has nothing to do with the situation. Relevant superiors should remind him that this is his job and that this is the reason he is getting paid at the end of the month.
