TUI — cruise aboard explorer 2 on 9th may 2019

Our treatment by tui has been nothing short of disgusting, forget this 28 day reply promise, after much correspondence from us (Six letters of complaint) they finally replied in november 2019 (Six months not 28 days) telling us that they had followed the correct procedure regarding the health care issue... Would we have expected anything less?? We had a contract with tui for a fully functioning holiday, but this fell short of the agreement that we had paid for... No speciality dining... No self-serve dining... No jacuzzi... We were also kept in quarantine on our last day before the italian health authorities gave us the all clear to disembark. We are very aggrieved that this has fallen below the package travel regulations 1992, so we have no option but to go through all the public media outlets we can find including judge rinder and the ombudsman to publicise our disgust at the tui lack of caring towards its loyal customers of many years standing, and we would encourage anyone else who experienced this fiasco... And we spoke to many whilst on board, who like us, put up with what we had to on this cruise, and agreed that it was not fit for purpose... To also lodge their disgust.
