Tv9 — Samsung fraud call

I received a call from [protected] two weeks ago telling that My mobile number has won a Samsung J7 mobile in a lottery and I shall get that mobile for 4000 instead of 14000 for which I agreed in the beginning but denied to provide them my address. Today I received a call from nearest post office that a parcel has arrived on my name and need to pay 3000. I guess now this is for sure a fraud/scam. I am requesting you to eradicate such kind of scams and take severe action against those doing these scams.
