Hi good noon,
I am writing this to you becausepame, I am not satisfied with the service of my first service of new Apache 180.
Let's go through complete scenario.
Before 12 or 15 days I got my bike serviced and mention my problems which I was facing. After 1 and a half day I got my bike serviced, and I found some problems not fixed and one new problem after service, which I share with "mahalalshmi service center" isanpur, Ahmedabad on next day.
And they said they have to check it so I have to visit service center again.
After a week I got time to visit service center and again put my bike for service.
And they serviced MH bike for 2 and a half day after 2 and a half day I went for delivery of my re-serviced bike, and I was shocked! The service guy is asking me what problems I am facing? I politely describe my 2 major problems
Problem1: bike is too much vibrating and making some odd noive from steering.
Problem2: when I use breaks, I got some nice from breaks.
And then the service guy took me for test drive and then he told me that
For problem 1: bike is making some nice from steering but vibration is okay.
For problem 2: new bike doesn't make noise from break, but my bike is 1000kms driven so it will usually make noise.
After hearing these kind of silly solution and answers I went for test drive to TVS showroom. And I found these 2 problems were in only my bike.
My complain to TVS service center is,
Can't they handle their customers politely?
Can't they provide complete solution to customer problem ?
How many times should customer visit for service center's irresponsibility.
I have many things to share regarding problems I am facing currently.
One thing is more important, I have visited isanpur service center 4 times for the same problem, my one day income is 1250, so TVS wasted my 5000/- for this month and still my problem is not fixed.
I asked waxing for my bike in service and they told me we do not have sufficient staff, so we are not providing waxing/polishing service, which is mentioned in my service book ( includes waxing ).
Kindly provide permanent solution to my problem.
Here by I am sharing a photograph what they have done with my bike.
They have used packing gum tape in my ignition part, which is not good. Have a look in attached file.

I am tired by visiting this service center.
In my first service I got this kind of response then how can I go for 2nd service in same service center?
How can I prefer TVS to anyone else?
I can't prefer anyone after this issue.
Kindly solve this issue As Soon As Possible.
