I vaibhavi joshi have purchased Tvs jupiter on date : 18/07/2015 from city wide two wheelers, ahemdabad, Gujarat
He delivered vehicle and promised me to give TVs's authorized receipt after RTO passing. He gradually complete insurance Policy and accessory of vehicle, but before RTO he passed away, shop remain closed.Manger and relative are saying that they don't have money and they don't know anything.

So I contact to TVs company and main dealer, they are not helping.

Main dealer : I sold "10 vehicles" to city wide but he did not give my payment so i can't help until i get my payment.
Company customer care : Gave me Territory manager number who is very rude and not helping me. He cut my phone when i said how can your dealer sold 10 vehicles without payment!!
Their dealers can sell vehicles to some sub dealers first without taking payment, this people can sell vehicles to sub dealers without payment but we can't buy vehicle from there by giving full payment, if we do, then it is unauthorized...great company!!!

I sent so many emails to service.support but they are not replying
I can not use my vehicle as RTO passing is not done. I want service book, payment receipt, tool kit, RTO ref number.
Ca you give me some email of your's so i can send you insurance copy which is in PDf format, received from company.
Here i attached images of payment receipt.
One Important point is all customers of city wide who bought vehicle of Honda they got all docs and everything.

I talked to head office they replied : This type of selling of vehicle without payment happens !!!
How can they say this ...if your company is not liable to take responsibilities of your own vehicles then who is going to take it?
