With above ref. nos i made cancellation of IQUBE booking of ₹1000.00 payment made, submitted all the required KYC as requested by TVS, but till date have not received the refund amt, i made several calls & mails regrding the issue no response from TVS.
So for it is still a game of Passing the Buck, but none are willing to give any written reply on the reason of non payment.

FINALLY I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF FOLLOW UP, NOW CONTEMPLATING LEGAL ACTION .

IN CASE THE TVS COMPANY WANTS TO AVOID IT KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY BEFORE THE 15th of Aug 2023.
