I purchased a TVS Raider 125 on 30th August, 2022 which is still in on a guarantee period . Since March 2023 after its 2nd service it has been constantly showing a lot of problems like :- break problem, handle problem, mileage problem, meter problem, rest problems I will tell ahead . In June 2023 my bike's mileage had came down from 50 km/l to 28 km/l for at least 3 weeks, I've been constantly going day after day to the service center which cost a lot of my precious time, money and health ( mental & physical ) . At around 28th June the mileage issue had resolved, but again in last week of July mileage had came down to between 32-35 km/l, and in between July and August other problems also showed up like - break's sound and loose break problem, accelerator vibration problem, pickup problem .
On 23rd August, 2023 i took my bike to service center again for its 3rd last free service where along with service the digital meter of my bike had changed from company's side . After completion of the service of bike, my bike was still showing some problems regarding pickup problem, handle problem, and break problem which haven't yet resolved . The bike is vibrating a lot whether it is on a low speed or high speed, handle is still not working properly, lock is showing a lot of problem, breaks are not working properly they are so loose .
I'm tired now mentally, physically, financially . A lot of my precious time had got wasted while my exam was near, I've been constantly going to the service center for so many times while having bad health . Now there are only two options left, they are :- • Replace my bike with new one which I've demanded once in this period of 4 months, because a lot of service has happened to till date but the problems are not resolving anymore and I've got sick from all these issues .
• 2nd option is that i'll have to file a case regarding bike complain in which company will have to replace my bike and give me the compensation of my time loss in dealing with these issues, my deteriorating mental & physical health and the money which had spent in dealing with all these problems .
Kindly resolve the issue and reply me back as soon as possible with complete solution of the problem.
