TVS Motor Company — No support against battery issue under warranty | |||
Dear TVS Motor, It's feel very dissatisfied and also unjustified that i am unable to drive my TVS jupiter at all as it's battery is non functional. All PMS (Periodic maintenance) done on time at your authorized TVS dealers and my vehicle also not completed a year from the sale date which is 19.03.2020. As per my and dealer check (Braj Tractors) the fitted Exide battery MFG date is 03.09.2018 and its serial no. is M2H8R744190. As per rec'd RC from Braj tractors vehicle manufacturing is 05/2019. As per Exide dealer it's out of warranty from the MFG date (Rejection note attached).Now as per norms defective battery to be replaced under warranty by your TVS dealers if vehicle sold date is under 12 months. Note-Battery tested by the Braj Tractors and found non functional. As per Braj tractors they are not providing the replacement on spot so they will send the same to TVS Bangalore office and will confirm me after 25 days. Now i am helpless as how could i drive a vehicle without battery.I have paid Rs.72000/- for TVS jupiter but found dissatisfied due to bad after sales support. I am also working in Automobile sector and regularly given satisfaction support to my valuable customers.If TVS found me a valuable customer then kindly treat my case on priority otherwise i will escalate this issue to social media.
