On 4 June, I got my scooty serviced from Dynamic Motors (Authorised Service Centre of TVS). I had requested for servicing, brake shoe change and lock set change.
They just did the servicing and sent the scooty to me. Pickup and drop charges were billed to me which I paid.
I called them and asked why brake shoes and locks were not replaced.
So they took the scooty again on the same day and this time, they just replaced the brake shoes and claimed that the lock set will be replaced the next day. They again billed me for pickup and drop charges which I again paid.
Then on the next day their staff called me and said that if I take their AMC then the lock set will be replaced for free and if I did not take AMC then I will be required to pay cost of lock set. Whereas the lock set was still under warranty.
I complained to TVS, .but they are lingering on the complaint and to date they have not reached any solution.
I had claimed a cash compensation of Rs. 1 (one only) as cost of inconvenience to me and failure of following ISO norms, to which senior staff at TVS denied. He said that he can get me many favours and good discount from the agent but will not compensate me RS. 1 from TVS Motor.

All I've asked them is to prove that they are ISO compliant and as for inconvenience caused to me I've claimed a token compensation of Rs. 1 only. This, it seems, is too heavy a price to pay.
Modi Ji why promote "Make in India" if this is how they handle cases. Add "Maintain in India" too. Isn't it compulsory for all units to be ISO compliant. Then why this neglect.
Request for immediate intervention from the concerned Government department.
