TVS Motor Company — Poor After Sale Service | |||
Dear Sir, I am writing this to log a complain against the Binsar TVF service centre. I have given my bike (TVS RTR 180) for servicing purpose on 13th-Oct-14 and expected delivery of the same was 16th-Oct-14. But after several attempt to get the status of the bike by calling their number, as of now I did not able to get any update. Every time I called their service center, they never replied on the status update and always suggested me to call later. I am getting similar kind of responses since last 10 days. Address of the service center is given below with the service slip attached. If they continue to offer such service to the customer, then it will definitely create a bad impression of the TVS Motor company and its after sales service.
