Tvs Motor Company — Regarding defective engine part

Hi Team, I purchased a TVS Wego from Trijal TVS on 5th March 2014 from Trijal TVS Marathahalli. It broke down on 28th April night and I took it to Trijal TVS the next day. It was found that the clutch wheel shaft threading was completely worn out and it needs to be replaced. This should never come for a vehicle just one year old and serviced regularly at the dealer and driven just around 6K km. Again engine should never have issues and I suspect there is some manufacturing defect that could have caused this. Since then I am waiting for the part to be replaced. Request you to look into this matter urgently since its almost 10 days the vehicle has been with the dealer. Vehicle# KA 53 6583 Regards, Vivek [protected]
