Tvs Motor Company — Replacement of battery | |||
On 8th March, 2016 I had placed my Tvs Jupiter for service at stallionz Tvs (Shahibaug, Ahmedabad) in morning. And After the service being done, I had reached at the service center for collecting Jupiter in the evening. Later on I came to know that the battery (AMCO) is being exchanged with other company’s battery(EXIDE) without informing me. And after I told them about this they said “it happened by mistake” and then they again replaced the Battery with AMCO one. But who knows that the EXIDE Battery was inserted unintentionally? After the replacement of battery with AMCO one” Self Start” of my Jupiter stopped working. But now they are telling that you should purchase new battery as the old one is not working, whereas horn and other stuff is working. And the issue is still not resolved. Each day i make a call at stallionz tvs but i am not getting proper reply. I don't know why tvs is not taking appropriate action despite of complaining too many times. Why they are not taking customer's issue seriously? I am now fed up o[censored]sing kick start as the self start is not working. Lets see how much more time do they need to solve this issue. On Monday (21/03/16), I had Purchased the Battery from the retail shop by paying Rs.1050 as I was not getting proper reply from the TVS. I want the claim of the amount I had paid to Purchase the new battery. Resolve this issue soon. I do not know why you are not taking this kind of issue seriously.
