Tvs Motor Company — Used damaged part instead of new parts, and charged for the new part now problem is occur, and asking for the payment again.......

I have purchased a Apache RTR 160(Gray Color)bike from B.R automobile, authorized TVS dealer, Pataudi dist Gurgaon on 2/Jan/2015, engine number-2688749, chassis number-N08097. I had an accident on 2/May/2015 and went to the showroom on 4/May/2015. Then they repaired my bike and charged the fee against Bharti AXA insurance, policy- S3108929. In the invoice they charged for the new fuel tank, but in actual they just repaired(Dent-Paint) and at present i have some issue with the fuel & color is also fading up of fuel tank and visor. So i went to the dealer and they are asking for the payment again for it, once they have charged for the new one then why they didn't used new part instead of damaged part. If they was used the new part then these problem couldn't be occur... also they no ethic to talk. So kindly request you to do the needful and take some prompt action.
