Sony Ex 43 Bravia LCD TV — sold damaged tv | |||
I have purchased TV on date 25-12-12 from "valuable lifestyle" canada corner nasik. 422002. At the time of installation of tv at my home, engineer told us surprisingly that your tv is damaged. On the same date I have claimed product replacement warranty from company for the issue. The person who was manager at the valuable lifestyle ensured me that it is sole responsibility of me to replace your product under warranty so dont worry at all. But now when i have called "valuable lifestyle" for getting status of my warranty claim they told me that manager left his job. Name of manager is " Mr. Matlani" . Now at the current moment everyone is telling me that your TV can not be replaced under warranty....and you have to pay for it...........so please help.... Was this information helpful? | |||
