Two Wheeler — complaints about new access 125

I brought new access 125 before 10 month from petal suzuki-bopal, ahmedabad. I have many issues regarding my vehicle so i mailed them about it but they makes only fake excuses so i also mail in maruti suzuki company about it more than 2 times but they only response me once now they don't even give response to my complaints. I want it to be solved it soon.
