I had placed the order# TOW15862Apr14865 on 5th April 2016 .As the product wasn't available in their Bangalore warehouse, i had told them to cancel the order .I was told the amount would be refunded in 2 days time but till date i haven't received the refund.Their customer service is pathetic and website is a big joke.There customer care number doesn't work and contact us form has issues .This seems to be a fraudulent company.i would never suggest it to anyone.
