On 12 Feb 2016 at 15 .38PM. I got a message on my Mob [protected] registered with Ubercab . message was" dear rider .get Rs 500/- off on your first uber ride by using promocode WELCOME500.Accordingly I booked cab from Gurgaon to New Delhi with registered mob no, Cab No. DL1RX 0084 was send to me. On completion of journey Cab Driver asked me to pay Rs 500/-when I had shown the message to him about Rs 500/- off on first ride he said its company's every days business they get the customer in this way only. In public place to avoid humiliation I had paid him the bill.On asking the copy of bill he said we don’t provide bill, however a written receipt was taken from him Was this information helpful? |
