Uber — I can't booked any cab from UBER due to uber disabled my account.

Because I reference my promo code to maximum person UBER blocked my account. If they blocked because I refer promo code so why there are option in apps for referring your promo code & give him first ride free & also you got 1 ride when they use. So now tell me what can I do.
