Uber — Incorrect Charge

Today I ordered ice cream from UBER from a promotional offer however I was billed Rs. 400 whereas it should be Rs. 200. I tried contacting the driver however he was out of reach. I was not explained the charges & the guy handed over 4 ice cream bars. I am ready to refund 2 extra bars & get my 200 Rs. credited back. Please help me with this as uber support is really slow.
