Uber India — 234 charged for no reason and not being refunded

I've written to uber 3 times from the app and have received no response regarding my complaint. Now I'm forced to complain here in the hope that they will act professionally.

I booked a cab on December 1 and cancelled it within 1 minute because the wait time was too long. I was charged a cancellation fee for it and that too in the amount of Rs 234!!! Despite the repeated complaints I have not been refunded this amount. Why is that???

This is absolute unethical behaviour and blatant thievery and I demand that it be corrected.

I am trying to contac[censored]ber support since few days and I don't reveive any tesponse from them.my uber account is deactivated and they are not activating it again.it contains a huge money added i wallet.no response from uber.please help me out.
