I had scheduled a ride for 1 April to airport from central park 1, sector
42 Gurgaon and payment was Uber wallet . No driver came at 11:30 . At 11:50 there was one driver's contact in my uber app. When I contacted him he was unaware of my Scheduled booking and was unable to come to pick up on time. So I cancelled his trip. Why has payment been taken for cancellation from my Uber wallet for an error o[censored]ber? return the money to my wallet immediately .
Besides that an amount of 274.31 has been debited from my Uber wallet for no reason because owe no money to Uber for any rides. The Feb 7 ride mentioned in the receipt has already paid for and I paid 350.00 fo rthat ride to the airport from Sector 42 Gurgaon to the airport.. Therfore kindly refund all my money. I am exceedingly unhappy with Uber for chreating me in this manner.
