Driver refused to pick us from garuda mall mg road, bangalore on 24/07/2016 but uber took money from us in the next trip though we were forced to cancel the trip. Today on 8/8/2016, monday, a uber driver again refused our pick up and now we have to pay for that. Uber is extracting money from the passengers in a wrong way. Moreover some drivers are unprofessional. On friday, 5/8/2016. I booked an under cab. The driver suddenly took me through toll gate without asking my permission for which i had to pay extra. When i questioned him about not asking me before taking tha toll gate, he spoke rudely to me and was not allowing me to question. Uber should not extract money from the passengers when the trip is not accepted by the driver and teach some soft skills to its drivers. It is unsafe also to travel with some uber drivers.
