Uber India — Double charged by Uber

15th oct 2016 at 5.57 pm trip from greater noida to new delhi railway station. Rs 622.17 was paid by me in cash to the driver, since funds in my paytm wallet were low. I asked the driver whether to make the payment in cash, to which he replied in the affirmative.
Subsequently this was also deducted from my paytm wallet on my next recharge despite informing uber in advance by email.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by rahulsahaji I had written to Uber regarding this double charge before posting the complaint here, but they have repeatedly refused to refund any amount. Though they acknowledge the payment has been made twice, but do not want to refund it.
