I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my ride on January 21st. Despite having paid the driver Rs 360 via Paytm UPI, he marked the ride as unpaid. Please find attached the transaction slip as evidence of payment, along with the UPI Reference No.[protected].
I have tried several times to raise a complaint through your application, but there was no option available for this specific situation where I have been marked as unpaid even after making the payment. The payment was successful, and you can verify this with Mr. Shiv Kumar's bank statements as well.
Unfortunately, due to this issue, I have not used your application since January. As a regular customer of your company, I kindly request you to investigate the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Furthermore, I request that the ride be marked as paid in the application so that I can use the Uber app once again.
