Uber India — driver misguided me and horrible way to talk | |||
I took a cab on tuesday from jawaharlal nehru marg new delhi to saket and the driver misguided me that i have to cancel the cab because he don't want to go and he told me that he will send some other person for the reason but after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes i called him again then he told me that he wouldn't come you have to cancel the cab i wouldn't cancel the cab the way of talking was very bad and i was very unhappy with the driver so i took the different cab and uber charged me of 42 rupees which was not in my fault i was ready to pay uber but still i am booked another cab because i was with my family and i could not take the liability to risk the family so i paid the next driver the rest of the amount please help me or else reference the money to my account and please make a driver more reliable on which i can have faith or else i'll will travel in some other car thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
